Unopened, the glacier fondue can be kept in the fridge for at least four to six weeks beyond the best-before date.
Frozen (-18°C or lower), glacier fondue and sliced cheese can be stored in the freezer almost indefinitely. However, it should be noted that noticeable changes in the organoleptic properties (taste and consistency) can occur with increasing freezing time.
Milk proteins (milk proteins), the very low residual lactose content of matured cheese and the spice mixture (nutmeg "Myristica fragrans") contained in some varieties can cause intolerances in individual cases.
Cheese fondue, raclette and mature cheeses are also well tolerated by lactose-intolerant people!
Open the bag and empty the contents into a caquelon (or a suitable saucepan). Melt the cheese over a medium heat, stirring constantly! Important: After melting, stir vigorously and bring to the boil over a high heat! Place the fondue in the caquelon (pan) on a rechaud and continue to cook gently during the meal. Dip the bread cubes in with a fork, stir and then ... bon appétit!
Connoisseur's tip: Rub the fondue caquelon with a clove of garlic. Potatoes and broccoli florets are also suitable instead of bread. We recommend tea or white wine to drink.

Glacier fondue is raw, i.e. not pre-cooked/pre-melted and contains no preservatives or melting salts. For this reason, it is very important that the fondue is boiled extremely well during preparation and before consumption. The corn starch contained in the fondue can only develop its binding effect at boiling point.
As fondue is a viscous mass, the first bubbles often give the impression that the boiling point has already been reached. However, the boiling point is only reached when a strong bubble and foam formation is visible.
Please also follow the preparation tips on the back of the packaging and always ensure that the glacier fondue does not fall below boiling temperature when eating.

We ship our food only Mon - Thu, in special environmentally friendly cooling bags and cooling elements.

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
If you decide to pay in advance, simply transfer the amount of your purchase to the bank account specified below. When making the transfer, please make sure to state your order number in the reason for payment and always make separate transfers for different orders.
As soon as we have received your payment, your delivery will be dispatched immediately. Depending on the bank, it may take between 2-5 working days for us to receive your payment. The goods you have ordered will remain reserved for you until we have received your payment (but for a maximum of 7 days).
If you return one or more items, the value of the returned goods will be credited back to the bank account from which the transfer was made.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL
You can also pay conveniently and securely by credit card. We accept Master Card and Visa. Payment is processed via Paypal. If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account.

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
You can also pay securely and easily via PayPal. At the end of the order process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
As soon as we have received your payment, usually within a few minutes, your delivery will be on its way.
If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.
