The Chasselas Fendant Pierrafeu AOC Valais from Provins SA is an excellent white wine that exudes intense aromas on the nose with its fresh notes of peach, mango and other exotic fruits, as well as mandarin and dried apricot. On the palate, it presents a soft, balanced structure and a full mouthfeel. The medium-long finish is characterized by citrus notes. It is a typical Fendant and won 89 Falstaff points in the 2019 Chasselas Trophy.
The Chasselas Fendant Pierrafeu AOC Valais is a perfect accompaniment to fish dishes, seafood, cheese and vegetable dishes. It is an ideal wine for special occasions or to treat yourself.
